He wants to propose that “lewd, coarse, filthy Photoshopping be illegal and punishable with a fine of $1,000.” He told Fox News “No one has a right to make fun of anyone. It’s not a First Amendment right.” If this legislation comes through, and people pay the fines, our national debt should be gone in about 2 hours. We’ll have a National Surplus meter in Times Square.
