George Zimmerman Found Not Guilty of Murder

After deliberating for 16 hours and 20 minutes over 2 days, a jury found George Zimmerman not guilty in the death of Trayvon Martin.
Zimmerman was acquitted of charges in the February, 2012 shooting and death of Trayvon Martin. The 17 year old scuffled with Zimmerman on his way back from a convenience store in Sanford, Florida. The jury of 6 women decided that Zimmerman acted in self-defense when he shot and killed Trayvon.
