Gaffigan, Gottfried, Oliver, Quinn and More Doing “Comedy For A Cause” To Benefit NYC School

This school fundraiser beats out any PTA event your parents organized.

“Comedy For A Cause: A Star-Studded Comedy Show Benefiting PS 11- William T Harris Elementary School” in Chelsea, NYC is happening Tuesday night at Gotham Comedy Club along with an online auction benefit already underway. The benefit and auction are to help raise funds for classes in danger of being cut from the curriculum of the school unless the PTA intervenes. Art, Science, Music, Chess, Substitute Teachers, Dance, Computers, After School Scholarships, Staff Development and the Library will all benefit from the money raised.

The “Comedy For A Cause” show portion of the benefit is happening Tuesday at Gotham Comedy Club in Manhattan at 7:30pm. The line up stars Gilbert Gottfried, Jim Gaffigan, John Oliver, Colin Quinn, Seth Herzog, Ted Alexandro, Nikki Carr, Lynne Koplitz and Donnell Rawlings.
