FX Cancels Comedians

Billy Crystal and Josh Gad’s The Comedians isn’t getting a second season on FX. According to The Hollywood Reporter FX has decided to cancel the series after just one season.
The news came in via showrunner Ben Wexler’s twitter feed. Wexler said he could not be more proud of the work” on the series. The behind the scenes look at a fictional show brought together two comedians who are generations apart, with Crystal’s character looking for a comeback and Gad’s looking for a big hit. The show received mixed reviews.
