Florida Wants A Faster Death Row

While some states are debating having a death penalty, Florida is arguing over how to make theirs quicker. The “Time Justice Act” passed the Florida senate overwhelmingly and is waiting for the governor’s signature. It would keep Florida’s death row inmates from spending decades in prison by eliminating “frivolous appeals”. Now if only they could do something to get the Orlando traffic moving faster.
