A bill in Florida titled the “Computer of Electronic Device Harassment” is proposed legislation that would make it a felony to post nude pictures of your ex online. The main target for this bill is to stop revenge porn and cyber bulling. If convicted of the crime you would get five years in jail making it a third degree felony and what porn enthusiasts call a dick softener.
