Finally! North Korea Joins Instagram!

North Korea’s internet service opened itself up to foreigners this week and it’s produced the first Instagram coming out of the Communist country. Locals still can’t use it, but this is a step in the right direction. The photo was a of a sign welcoming nuclear test scientists in Pyongyang. I think the filter used on that is the “crushing depression and starvation” one.
