Eugene Mirman, Daniel Kitson “Pretty Good Friends” Tour Begins May 3 in Boston

Eugene Mirman’s hit Brooklyn comedy show “Pretty Good Friends” is hitting the road and, this is exciting stuff. This weekend’s, May 1-4 Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival in Boston will launch the tour at the Berklee Performance Center in Boston and then they guys will be be heading out to parts unknown.  Well not that unknown, they are going to  Michigan, Minneapolis, Chicago, Cincinatti, and Nashville and will end up the tour back in Brooklyn.

New York based Eugene Mirman (who voices the unassailable Gene Belcher on FOX’s Bob’s Burgers) and legendary UK comedian Daniel Kitson are the “Pretty Good Friends.”

If you don’t know who Kitson is, he’s been called “the Salinger of stand up” and he’s the most sought after standup of his generation” according to The Guardian and “a national institution,” according to the Telegraph. He’s a multi-award winning comedian (Edinburgh Fringe Perrier Award 2002, The Scotsman Fringe First Award 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010, Melbourne International Comedy Festival Barry Award 2007) and this tour will give US audiences a chance to get a piece of that Kitson charm.
