Elmore Leonard Hospitalized

Elmore Leonard is in a Detroit-area hospital after suffering a stroke. The author of such crime classics ‘Get Shorty’, ‘3:10 To Yuma’, ‘Rum Punch’ (which was adapted into the film, ‘Jackie Brown’) suffered the stroke on July 29th and his family said they are ‘guardedly optimistic’ that he’ll make a full recovery. Leonard is currently working on his 46th novel.
