Elmo Gets A Win In Court

The statute of limitations has run out for 3 of the men suing Sesame Street’s former “Elmo”, Kevin Clash. A judge ruled that 3 accusers had waited too long to file their lawsuits. Clash was being sued for the psychological damage he caused them when they allegedly had underage relationships with him. The law says that the men had only a certain amount of years to sue and apparently, Elmo didn’t teach them to count.
