A YouTube video in New Zealand has gone viral and prompted police action after a nine year-old boy was videotaped stumbling around and claiming that he had drunk 18 Cody’s, a bourbon and coke drink. The police have begun an investigation into the matter in order to try and learn how this boy learned to be so cool.
