A Miami woman who killed two motorists after driving the wrong way down the road is now in critical condition and her twitter account may give some clues to her evening. Kayla Mendoza tweeted ‘2 Drunk 2 Care’ just hours before causing the accident. Twitter, indicting criminals since 2006!
