Does New Apple Technology Violate Civil Rights?

The Apple technology that will allow you to unlock your iPhone with your fingerprint may seem like an awesome idea until it starts to violate your 5th amendment rights. Some are arguing that turning over a biometric-based fingerprint does not fall under the 5th amendment and could cause some to become a witness against themselves. Ah technology, can’t live with it, can’t be criminally prosecuted without it.
