Doctor Gives ‘Ghetto Booty’ Diagnosis

While receiving treatment for her lower back pain, a doctor jokingly told a 55 year-old Terry Ragland that her diagnosis was a ‘Ghetto Booty’. Now she’s filing a complaint with the Tennessee Department of Health. At least she didn’t get diagnosed with ‘Hoochie Cankles’ or ‘Chitlin’ Jowls’.
