Detroit Lions’ Center Hates Marching Bands

Detroit Lions center Dominic Raiola is being accused of harassing and intimidating the University of Wisconsin marching band which played Sunday at the Lions’ game against Green Bay at Lambeau Field. The things Raiola reportedly did include:
- Calling band members “fat fuckers”
- Asking one band player – “Hey fat guy, you want a hot dog?”
- Making derogatory comments about a band member’s sister and recently deceased mother
- Questioning a band member’s sexuality
- Calling a female player – “a cunt”
The Lions said they are investigating and looking for more information on the incident. They also said they weren’t sure they could fault him since he was talking to the tuba section.
