‘Deadliest Catch’ Affected By Shutdown

The government shutdown doesn’t just affect government workers, but crab fisherman as well. The captain of one of the boats used on A&E’s reality show, The Deadliest Catch pleaded to congress that there have been no government workers to assign quotas to them to prevent overfishing and crab season starts next week. If they can’t get their boats out on time, look for A&E’s new show, America’s Messiest Wharfs.
