The Drug Enforcement Administration has apologized to a college student that was left handcuffed in a holding cell for nearly five days without food or water. He had to drink his own piss and now this gets even weirder. They found a bag of meth in his cell that he snorted to stay awake! He eventually broke the glass in the window and and tried to slash his wrists. He’s bound to get a ton of cash for his misery.
