Controversial Comedy, Swiss Army Man, Releases Red Band Trailer
At Sundance Film Festival, Swiss Army Man heavily divided audiences. A lot of people walked out on the comedy that begins with a farting corpse washing up on a nearly deserted island. Others called it brilliant.
Daniel Radcliffe, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Paul Dano star in this film about a man (Dano) who is marooned on an island and on the verge of suicide, when he sees a corpse (Radcliffe) wash up on the beach and forms a friendship with his new companion. Together they go on wild adventures. Is he hallucinating or does this corpse have powers ? Called “outrageously fun and deeply affecting” Swiss Army Man creates a world of fantastical imagination. Is Swiss Army Man a cultural phenomenon in the making? We can’t wait to find out.
Swiss Army Man opens in New York and Los Angeles on June 24th and Nationwide on July 1st.
