Congress Sez We Need More Tanks, Army Sez Nah

Congress is looking to approve spending nearly $500 million on improvements to Abrams tanks, used by the Army. Thing is, the Army has said repeatedly they have no want or need for new tanks. The Congressman pushing hard for this are from the districts where the tanks are manufactured. Can’t we find a middle road and just build more drones instead?
