Chris Kattan Gets Ambien Weird, Kept Off Flight
Chris Kattan was grounded by some Ambien. Police had to escort the Saturday Night Live alum out of the Phoenix airport as he was trying to board his plane when he began acting strangely. Airport security were told that Kattan needed to be removed from the gate after he was denied being allowed to board a flight.
According to TMZ, Kattan told airport police that he had taken an Ambien earlier in the day and was just sleep deprived after attending a wrap party the night before. He claimed that the sleep aid was still in his system. He said that since he had missed the flight, he was looking for a place in the airport to crash. They later escorted him out of the Phoenix airport and to a hotel. The cops let Kattan catch some sleep and the Ambien worked its magic.
