California shelters are crowded with Chihuahuas and now the same thing is happening in NYC. People think they will be cute pets but they are anxious and mean little bastards. Chihuahuas rank second among all breeds — behind pit bulls — to be abandoned or surrendered to the Animal Care & Control of NYC rescue group.
