Cell Phone Etiquette at the Bar

At :20 seconds on the left corner of this video, you can see off duty police officer David Clifford confronting a man sitting next to him at this bar. It’s being said the man was talking loudly and using profane language while on his phone. Office Clifford then punched the man after he got out of his chair. Clifford laid this dude out so bad his brain got swollen and had to have two surgeries to stop the bleeding. Now he’s facing a first degree assault charge.
