Security cameras are everywhere and capturing mostly useless footage daily. William Betts on the other hand has taken footage from CCTV and turned them into art. He uses the still images from the videos and processes them, eventually morphing them into dots of acrylic paint. Maybe this will make people feel less creepy about being watched 24 / 7.
