The Canadian government has denied actor Randy Quaid permanent resident status in their country. Officials will arrest Quaid if he and his wife come back in to the United States, they’re facing felony vandalism charges in Santa Barbara, California. They caused five thousand dollars in damage to a house in the town. Keep running, Randy, don’t let the Canadians trip you up now.
