Viacom, NBC, and Disney are being hit with over $2 million in fines after airing a trailer in early 2013 for Gerard Butlers ‘Olympus Has Fallen’ that featured an improper use of the emergency alert system tone. Listen FCC, this is a simple misunderstanding. They were only trying to warn the public about what a terrible movie this is.
