Bull breeding is moving way faster than the skill sets of bull riders across the country. SInce 1995, the percentage of riders who can stay on a bull for an official ride(8 seconds) has dropped from 46% to 27%. The new super bulls are thinning out the heard of riders so bad their only hope is eugenics.
