A Buffalo Bills fan who survived a fall from the top deck of Ralph Wilson Stadium onto a man below has been banned from the stadium and could face charges, officials said Monday. The team felt justified in banning him from the stadium. After all, it’s tough enough being a Bills fan without people falling from the sky on top of you.
