He’s beloved by audiences everywhere, he’s the comic’s comic, he’s the stand up comedian that everyone wants to be like, and liked by – and he’s making his Netflix hour special debut. Brian Regan announced today that his new hour, Brian Regan: Nunchucks and Flamethrowers will premiere on Netflix on Tuesday November 21st. And we can’t wait. According to the platform, Regan takes dad humor to new heights as he talks board games, underwear elastic and looking for hot dogs in all the wrong places.
The new hour was taped on June 23 & 24, 2017 at The Paramount Theatre in Denver, and the resulting hour is the first of a two-special deal with the streaming giant.
Anyone who knows anything about comedy knows that Regan is hailed as one of the best in the business by the press, the fans and fellow comedians. A regular on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Regan also made a record setting 28 stand-up appearances on The Late Show With David Letterman. Regan’s Netflix hours will be his sixth and seventh hour specials– his last hour special was performed live on Comedy Central from Radio City Music Hall. Regan is about to take on another historic New York City Theater- he makes his Carnegie Hall debut as part of the New York Comedy Festival.
Regan will also appear in Peter Farrelly’s TV series, Loudermilk, premiering on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 8:30 PM on The Audience Network.
