What do you do if you find out that a bank error deposited nearly 70,000 dollars that didn’t belong to you in your bank account? If you’re from Philly, you spend it all as fast as you can. Unfortunately for 22 year old Joseph Bucci, that means he’ll be facing some heavy charges including receiving stolen property and theft of property received by mistake which carry possible jail sentences up to 14 years. It seems unfair, especially since after he found the money in his account, he called no backsies.
