The Oregon Ducks players who taunted Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston after FSU’s devastating Rose Bowl loss with a “No Means No” version of the school’s tomahawk chop are going to be disciplined by their university. But where did they get the idea for it in the first place? That goes back a couple of days when the team made a trip to the Improv in L.A. where they first saw the joke.

According to TMZ, it was comedian Brad Williams who did the taunting chant joke on stage that night. It was even written for Brad by FSU alumni Jenn Sterger. How do we know Jenn!? She was the sports reporter who was lucky enough to gain the attention of then Jets quarterback Brett Favre and receive some dick pic texts from him.

The Oregon players loved Brad Williams’ joke so much they used it after the Rose Bowl to make Jameis Winston’s night a little rougher. As for the discipline their facing, Brad says, “I still think the joke is funny … it’s hilarious … but the thing with jokes is there’s always a time and place. And maybe that wasn’t the time and the place.”

If after a 59 to 20 loss in the Rose Bowl, with 2 turnovers including the fumble to end all fumbles, isn’t the time and place, then when is!?
