You would think this boxer walked into the ring, took a look at the tank he was supposed to fight and got shook and decided to bail. What actually happened was boxer Curtis Harper wanted to make a statement about the amount of money he was being paid to fight. Also look at the crowd, there’s like 30 people there. nobody should risk CTE for less than 100 fans.
