Bill Maher is Doing a Double Live Show
Bill Maher was on The Late Show with David Letterman last night and explained his upcoming double live show in Washington DC. “I don’t know why I agreed to this,” Maher told Letterman. He’s calling it his ‘David Blaine in a block of ice thing’. He’s doing his regular live show, in Washington, where his guests will include Nancy Pelosi, Jerry Seinfeld. After his taping, he’ll do a quick change of clothes into his ‘stand up’ outfit, take a piss, head down to another theater and then do a live stand up show. And it all airs LIVE on HBO. So get ready for two hours of Bill.
Bill asks why Dave doesn’t perform stand up anymore, and Dave tells a story about the last tour he did, which ended with Dave calling his agent and saying ‘get me out of this’
