Seeso has announced that Big Jay Oakerson‘s crowd work show, What’s Your F@%ing Deal?! will get a second season on the platform. The show is 100% improv and 100% crowd work, which means everyone on the lineup has to drop their material and just riff with the crowd, including some comics who don’t normally interact with the audience.
We can’t imagine how they’ll top their incredible Season One lineups that included comics like Hannibal Buress, Bonnie McFarlane, Colin Quinn, Kurt Metzger, Dave Attell, Bert Kreischer, Andy Kindler, Gilbert Gottfried and more but we can’t wait to see who they’ll pick up. We’re huge fans of the show, and attended several of the tapings last year. Big Jay is a comedy rock star and we’re so happy to see his show get another season.
Oakerson created the series late at night at New York’s Comedy Cellar with his co-host, Ardie Fuqua. No information yet on whether Oakerson and Fuqua will return to New York City’s historic club, The Bitter End where season one was recorded. Season Two of WYFD will tape later this year, and premiere sometime in 2017.
Seeso also announced new seasons for the fictional travel show, Hidden in America with Jonah Ray, and the animated stick figure comedy Cyanide & Happiness Show today, which both join two previously renewed series, Bajillion Dollar Propertie$ and The UCB Show.
