Bert Stern (1929-2013)

Bert Stern, the iconic fashion and advertising photographer best known for shooting Marilyn Monroe’s last photo session, passed away Wednesday. Stern was recently the subject of a documentary, ‘Bert Stern: Original Mad Man’, which aired in theaters this past spring. Stern also directed the seminal 1960 documentary ‘Jazz On A Summer’s Day’.
Bert Stern was 83.
