“Baby Daddy” Gets 5th Season On ABC Family, Wait, Who!?

A sitcom you most likely have never seen or heard of is continuing its run of success. “Baby Daddy” has been renewed for a 5th season on the ABC spin-off cable channel, ABC Family. According to The Futon Critic, the series didn’t even have to wait through its hiatus to hear the good news. It was renewed as season 4 was wrapping up filming. The season 4 finale of “Baby Daddy” will air March 17th on ABC Family.

For anyone unfamiliar with it, the sitcom that is cable TV’s #1 rated Wednesday show in the 8:30pm et time slot, is about 5 adults all in different stages of their adult lives. The sitcom stars Jean-Luc Bilodeau as Ben whose care free bachelor days are over after a baby is left on his door step that belongs to him and one of his one-night stands.

Stephen Merchant’s “Hello Ladies”, CBS’ “Crazy Ones” starring Robin Williams and “The McCarthys” also on CBS starring Tyler Ritter, Laurie Metcalf and Jack McGee all got one season or less but Big Daddy keeps rolling on.
