Jason Heyward, the right fielder for the Atlanta Braves, was hit in the face by a Jonathan Niese, 90 mph, fastball. Hayward suffered a broken jaw and will miss between 4-6 weeks. He could miss the remainder of the regular season. Now the Mets have found a way to screw up other teams’ seasons besides their own.
