Athiest Billboard Pisses Off Everyone.

It looks like Athiests groups in Pennsylvania have upset more than just Christians this week.

They put up a billboard in Harrisburg Pennsylvania to protest the recent Bill proclaiming “2012 as Year of the Bible.”   Of course they knew they’d upset believers, and it was their intention to take on lawmakers. What they somehow didn’t plan on, was pissing off African Americans and the NAACP.

The billboard proclaimed “SLAVES OBEY YOUR MASTERS.” Understandably not everyone was okay with the idea that this was ‘just an analogy.’  The Billboard was partially torn down by some people who didn’t care for it’s message.

We don’t know which side here is nuttier.  The Pennsylvania legislature who thought it made sense to take the time to legally proclaim 2012 the year of the bible?  Or the American Athiests who thought the billboard was a good idea.  It must just be the water out there in Western Pennsylvania.

Ooops American Athiests. Back to the drawing board?
