Apple is Refunding Parents Whose Kids Bought Apps on Their Phones

Apple is refunding $32.5 million dollars to the parents of children who bought apps on their Apple products without the parents knowledge. Some kids rang up as much as $2600 dollars in fees. As long as Apple is giving out cash, these parents might as well say their kids took out mortgages as well.
