Another Heavily Armed Joker Arrested. This Time in Maryland.

Authorities in Maryland have arrested Neil Prescott who called himself “The Joker” and called his boss threatening to “shoot the place up.” Prescott’s home turned up more than 20 guns, including assault rifles and handguns, and more than 400 rounds of ammunition. The report said he was about to be fired from his job at Pitney Bowes.
