Another Flying Pedestrian

Buffalo, New York is becoming the hit and run capitol. Its Mayor has released this footage in response to the increase of the incidents. He says, “The purpose for showing this video footage is to dramatize how dangerous hit and run accidents are.” The 18 year old kid who was hit left the hospital with only minor injuries. The driver was arrested five minutes later.
