Amy Schumer Goes Down on the Carpet
They’re both part of the 2015 Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential list. One can tell a joke and the other can’t take one. Amy Schumer met up with fellow Time 100 honoree Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian on the red carpet at the Lincoln Center in New York City for the gala held for this year’s list. It was a memorable meeting, not because Amy and Kanye are two influential personalities meeting up, but because of the way Amy greeted the couple known as Kimye.
In photos found on Australia’s News.com, Amy Schumer made an impression for photographers by staging a trip and fall on the red carpet. One that found her on top of Kim Kardashian’s dress. Amy is obviously enjoying the night and taking some of the seriousness and pretension out of the event. However in the photos, that was lost on the joyless self-important power couple who never seem to have a laugh despite owning planet Earth.
