There’s a gas boom in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia and the industry needs bodies to work. The problem is too many applicants are testing positive for pills and meth. Appalachia is being hit especially hard in the blue collar work field, too many people can’t pass mandatory drug tests.
