Bacon sales are at an all time high at $4 billion a year. Infomercials for the Bacon Bowl are driving sales of pork higher than ever before. Last year alone sales jumped nearly 10%. Turkey bacon sales unfortunately have actually gone into the negative, if that’s even possible.
