Amanda Bynes has been arrested in New York on drug charges. When police arrived at her apartment after a complaint was made, she threw her bong out her 36th floor window. She was charged with reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and criminal possession of marijuana. Amanda also earned herself a trip to the psych ward for evaluation before she’ll be taken in for booking. Lindsay Lohan should hang out with this chick, just to look more together.
