A judge threw out a lawsuit against Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club after a Manhattan man sued them. The guy said he partied at the club and then found a $28,000 bill on his credit card that he couldn’t remember. William Ilg claimed he was served too many drinks to be “capable of conducting financial transactions” and wanted a refund, but instead will have to pay his bill. The club said he’ll be welcomed back every single night of the week.
