Good News Bad News for Alec Baldwin.
Just a few days after he got into a fight over a parking spot, Alec Baldwin’s talk show won’t be pulled off air as a result of his arrest. But with struggling ratings, the show will move from Sunday nights at 10 PM to Saturday night. The show was one of ABC’s lowest-rated programs and its last episode attracted only 1.5 million viewers. The time slot it had on Sundays will be taken by repeats of Shark Tank. The only way Baldwin will get back in that time slot is if he pitches the Sharks an app for saving parking spaces.
It was also reported today by Hollywood Life that Saturday Night Live will be standing by Baldwin as their one and only Trump. A source close to the show told Hollywood Life that Baldwin is welcome to keep doing the Trump character for as long as we wants to. “As long as he would like to do the Trump character for SNL then he will be the only choice,” the source said. “Until he doesn’t want to do it anymore it will be his decision if he would like to do it or not.
As long as you don’t take your dick out Alec. Your gig is safe.
