Back in February, we wrote about a pitch tar drop experiment which proves that even solid objects can behave like liquids. There’s been proof that it can happen before but nobody had ever seen it happen (it always went down when nobody was looking). Since we first heard about the pitch tar experiment, we’ve been waiting ever since to catch that next drop falling. Well it finally happened. After 7 decades, scientists and spectators have finally witnessed a drop of solid tar fall. And for the first time, it was caught on camera. Watch and enjoy.
