Adam Sandler Teases What He’s Bringing to Netflix

Today Netflix released a teaser trailer for Adam Sandler’s first comedy special in 20 years. The hour or at least a portion of it was filmed in Austin, Texas, directed by Stephen Brill with some direction from Paul Thomas Anderson. Back in March Jeffrey Gurian attended a secret surprise Netflix shoot at The Comic Strip on New York’s Upper East Side, which he said was for Sandler’s special but either that was a trial run, a decoy or something to be used a vignette. No sign of it in the teaser trailer.
What we do know is there will be singing, there will be merriment, there will be dancing and there will be guitars, and it looks like a party.
