The Green Bay Packers have made Aaron Rodgers the highest paid player in NFL history. He’s signed a 5 year extension worth $110 million dollars. Rodgers will get $62.5 million in the first 3 years of the new deal. This beats the contracts that Drew Brees signed last year and the one Joe Flacco just signed with Baltimore. The Packers could have re-signed Rodgers for less, but forgot to use their discount double check.
