A man was arrested during Black Friday at the Mall of America after tossing $1000 in $1 bills from the fourth floor of the malls rotunda after police cited him for disorderly conduct. The man says he was just trying to spread holiday cheer but it could be part of Fox’s new reality show, “I Don’t Know What To Reach For”.
